FAQ: Shipping & Returns
What is the shipping time?
Orders are dispatched within one to two business days by overnight courier, DPD. If orders are received after 12pm on Thursday afternoon, Friday or over the weekend, packages will be sent out on Monday. This is to ensure the products do not remain in transit over the weekend. We can deliver internationally, please contact us to enquire as to shipping costs.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the perishable nature of the products, orders may not be cancelled if they have already been dispatched by 8Foods. If they have not been dispatched, then you will receive a full refund.
Can I get my money back if I'm not satisfied with the product?
If you are dissatisfied with the products, we ask you to email us at info@8foods.co.uk stating the reasons or concerns you may have and to return the products unopened to the address listed above. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service.
