- 1 tbs bouillon powder, MSG free
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 knob turmeric root or 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cups water
- 1 courgette
- 1-2 cups spinach
- Pink salt to taste
- Cracked pepper to taste
- 2 tbs almond butter
Sweat the onion, garlic, turmeric and cumin in a little water.
Add the bouillon. Add another cup of water to the saucepan. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile, peel the courgette and roughly chop.
Once the onions and garlic have softened, pour the broth into a high speed blender, add the courgette, spinach and almond butter, blend well. If too thick, add more broth to desired consistency and season to taste.
