Keto Chocolate Mousse Cake Recipe:
1 packet of Keto Cacao Morsels
2 cups of cashews, soaked in hot water for 15 mins
1 ripe avocado
3 tbs cacao powder
4 tbs of chicory root syrup or to taste
1/2 tsp sea salt
Blend the Keto Cacao Morsels in a blender with a splash of water. Using a spring form cake tin, line the bottom with wax paper. Using your hands or a spatula, press the blended morsels into the bottom of the tin to form a base. Pour off the cashew soak water, place in the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour the ingredients into the cake tin. Place in the fridge for a few hours to allow it to set. Remove from the tin when set and serve.
