Keto Waffle Recipe: 


- 1 egg

- 2 tbs almond butter 

- 2 tbs melted coconut oil 

- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk 

- 1 tsp vanilla extract 

- 1/2 cup almond flour 

- 2 tbs chicory root syrup

- 1/2 tsp baking powder 


Whisk the wet ingredients until well combined, add to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Grease your waffle iron and preheat. Test a small dollop of the batter to ensure the right consistency. Add a little more milk if too thick. Serve your waffle with coconut whipped cream and berries or a lashing of vanilla chicory root syrup.
