1/4 cup tamari
2 tsp virgin sesame oil
1 tbs lime juice
1 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs fish sauce (may be omitted if vegan)
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Prepare your skewers, we used veggies like broccoli, red peppers, courgette, aubergine and romanesco. Cut the veg up in chunks, skewer them, brush with some olive oil and grill until nicely browned. Serve with the satay sauce.
