Keto French Toast
1 Keto cinnamon bagel, sliced in half
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- 1 tbs coconut oil
Slice the bagel in half. In a shallow dish, beat the egg, cinnamon and sweetener together. Dip the bagel halves into the egg mixture and flip them over so both sides are well coated and some of the egg mixture has soaked in. Heat a non-stick frying pan with a tablespoon of coconut oil. Brown the bagel halves on both sides. Serve with vanilla chicory root syrup (2 tbs chicory root syrup + 1 tsp vanilla)
